As we all know, it seems very likely that the Democratic majority will attempt to use what is called Budget Reconciliation (BR) to pass their Healthcare Reform Bill. In this case, we also know that the purpose of doing this is to perform an end-run around the Republicans who oppose the Bill.

With very little fanfare, the Hate Crime categories have been expanded in such a thoughtless way, that chaos in our courts is bound to ensue. He insulted every doctor in America by saying that doctors make decisions about how to treat a patient based upon how much profit they can make for a given treatment, rather than what is best for the patient. Now, believe it or not, there is another news story that makes the PETA story seem absolutely rational. |
