In the Republican contest to see who would face incumbent Democrat Senator Barbara Boxer in the November election, Carly Fiorina prevailed against Chuck Devore, and Tom Campbell. In the contest to see who would face incumbent Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, John Dennis prevailed against Dana Walsh. And, in the California Governor’s race, Meg Whitman prevailed over Steve Poizner, and will face Democrat Jerry Brown, in November.

Even if you’re not a Californian, you can still help defeat Pelosi. So, strangely enough, we seem to be on the verge of passing a health care plan that will not allow illegal aliens to pay for their health care, but which will, never the less, provide them with the most expensive (emergency room) health care benefits. As seen in this video, it is difficult to dig yourself out of a hole…. So, it does look like she lied. And I’m a little disappointed because I would have thought that she was smarter than that; she must have known that there would be a documented trail leading back to those meetings, and that her lie would be exposed. |
