Any proponents of the Health Care Reform Plan who declare that illegal aliens will not be included in the Plan are telling a half-truth, at best. 
It is probably true that illegal aliens will be prohibited from enrolling in a government run health care plan. It is simple language, and we can all read it. And, if the government has a reasonable way of enforcing that, then I do believe that illegal aliens will not be able to enroll in any government run HC plan.
But that doesn’t mean that they won’t receive health care benefits under the plan, which we, the taxpayers will pay for it just as we do, now.
Look at it this way, if an illegal alien shows up at the hospital emergency room, they are going to receive health care benefits. Sick, and injured, and pregnant people will not be turned-away from treatment. Sick children, or pregnant women, or bleeding Dads will all be treated. And that is as it should be; we would be barbarians if we denied treatment.
Illegal aliens will be covered by any HC plan, whether it is a government take-over kinda plan, or some other lesser plan, and they won’t be allowed to pay premiums, and their care will be the most expensive type of care.
Strangely enough, we seem to be on the verge of passing a health care plan that will not allow illegal aliens to pay for their health care, but which will, never the less, provide them with the most expensive (emergency room) health care benefits.
In a way, they will be getting a free ride; they couldn’t enroll in the HC plan, even if they wanted to, but they can still obtain health care by walking into the emergency room.
Isn’t there something wrong with this scenario ?

Of course they do; they are probably grateful that no one has asked them the specific question: what happens when an illegal alien seeks care at emergency room ?
So, they aren’t being completely honest, are they, when it comes to health care, and illegal aliens.
If anyone see’s Baucus, or Obama, or Pelosi, please, ask them what will happen if an illegal alien seeks care at an emergency room ?
And that is just my opinion !
